By using the Portal,the user accepts these Terms of Service.

General Provisions
1.  The Portal allows users to publish and browse advertisements. The Portal does not facilitate transactions and does not participate in any exchange of goods, services, or payments.
2.  Any transaction, if undertaken, occurs directly between users and entirely at their own risk.
3.  Users must rely on their own assessment and due diligence (DYOR – Do Your Own Research).
4.  Users should base their decisions on reviews available within thePortal as well as external information from the internet.
5.  Using the Portal requires providing a Session account identifier. This is mandatory and ensures unified, spam-resistant communication.

Ad Moderation
6.  All advertisements are moderated to protect the platform from spam and to maintain content quality.
7.  Standard moderation time is approximately 48 hours.
8. Users may expedite moderation to approximately 5 minutes by paying 1 USD to the address: osmo..example.
9. Moderators may reject any advertisement without providing a reason.

Required Ad Content
10. Each advertisement must include:
    -   the country to which the advertisement relates,
    -   available shipping methods and their prices (if shipping is offered),
    -   the list of countries to which shipping is available (if applicable),
    -   information on accepted currencies besides USD.
11. Advertisements offering personal pickup must include the required pickup tag as specified by the Administrator.
12. Some categories may require specific anti-spam tags. Advertisements missing required tags or information may be rejected.
13. USD is the default transaction currency within the Portal.
14. Contact details are visible only to registered users unless the user chooses to include them directly in the advertisement content.

Registration and User Accounts
15. The Portal operates according to strict no-KYC principles. The Portal does not require personal data, does not verify email addresses, does not collect data that would require reporting, and does not report any information to third parties.
16. An email address is not required. If a user provides a non-existent email address during registration, password recovery may be impossible.
17. Providing a Session account identifier is mandatory for all users.
18. Newly created accounts are subject to moderation and may be rejected without explanation.
19. Users should fill out as much information as possible in the registration form to increase the likelihood of account approval.
20. Users may maintain only one account unless granted permission by the Administrator.

Reputation and Reviews
21. Registered users may leave reviews for other users.
22. A positive review adds one reputation point.
23. A negative review subtracts one reputation point.
24. Abuse of the review system may result in restrictions or account suspension.
25. The Portal is not responsible for reviews submitted by users.

Limits and Subscription Plans
26. The Portal enforces limits on the number of ads, reviews, and messages users can post.
27. Limits depend on the user’s subscription plan: FREE, SILVER, or GOLD.
28. Detailed descriptions of limits and benefits are available in the pricing section of the Portal.

Liability
29. The Portal is not responsible for content posted by users.
30. The Portal is not responsible for transactions, correspondence, decisions, or any interactions between users.
31. The Portal does not guarantee the reliability of users. All decisions are made at the user’s own risk.
32. The Administrator may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms of Service or applicable law.

Final Provisions
33. The Administrator reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service.
34. All changes take effect once published on the Portal.
35. Matters not covered by these Terms shall be governed by the applicable law.
